At Solar Republic by Green Energy Inc., your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and warranty policies carefully before initiating a return or claim.
Returns & Refunds
You may return eligible products for a refund provided the following conditions are met:
● The item(s) are returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
● The item(s) are in new, unused condition and returned with all original packaging.
If the return is not due to an error on our part, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Returns received in used, damaged, or altered condition will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to reclaim the item.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. This fee covers quality control, product inspection, and processing costs. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty Claims
Most of our products, including solar heating panels ("Collectors"), come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty details can typically be found on the respective product or brand page.
Please note:
● Installation damage, misuse, or negligence is not covered under warranty.
● Warranty coverage requires that panels be installed using new hardware only.
● All shipping costs associated with warranty claims or replacement products are the responsibility of the customer.

Protect Your Purchase: Best Practices
To help ensure your product performs as intended and your warranty remains valid, please follow these important guidelines:
✅ Inspect Immediately Upon Arrival
● Inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
● Any damage or defects must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
● After this window, the buyer assumes responsibility for the condition of the product and any future issues must be handled as a warranty claim.
🚫 Do Not Walk on Solar Collectors
● These products are not designed to support weight and may be damaged if stepped on during installation or maintenance.
🔧 Always Use New Hardware
● Reusing old or incompatible hardware can damage collectors and void the warranty.
● Ensure that all parts, including rubber couplings and clamps, are new and correctly installed.
⚠️ Install Rubber Couplings With Care
● Improper installation can damage the collector’s riser tubes.
● Avoid pushing couplings too far onto the header and make sure both sides are tightened securely during installation.
● Using internal rubber stoppers with new hardware can help prevent this issue, though caution is still required.
